David has been in the Hospitality and Private Club business for over 38 years.
During that time he spent 29 years with ClubCorp where he worked in all capacities from Server to General Manager to Multi-Unit Director including fourteen years as a Corporate Food and Beverage Director and was instrumental in the development of ClubCorp's service training program.
In addition he also was a Regional Operations Executive with Kemper Sports responsible for their Private Clubs in the Eastern US and most recently joined Troon in 2018 where his first assignment was as General Manager for Montclair Golf Club in Montclair, New Jersey, then returning to Florida as the Transition Manager for the community of Parkland and Parkland Golf and Country Club.
David has a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston and an MBA from the University of Colorado.
David’s is married to his lovely wife of 33 years Tricia and has two children, Hilary (28) and Hayden (26). When not working he enjoys travel, fishing and spending time with his family.
PGA * Director of Golf * Esplanade Golf & Country Club
Joe is a Class A member of the South Florida section of the PGA of America. Since 2009, Joe has worked for Troon in several capacities and has been a PGA member since 2012.
Originally from Port St. Lucie, Florida, Joe moved to the Fort Myers area to continue his education through Florida Gulf Coast University’s PGA Golf Management program. He began his career with Troon at Colonial Country Club in Fort Myers, and has also worked seasonally at Lake of Isles in Connecticut. In 2013, Joe became the Head Golf Professional at Colonial Country Club. While at Colonial Country Club, He has provided exceptional service levels and instruction to members and guests from all around the world.
Joe married his wife Jenna in 2018, and they are the proud parents of two beautiful girls, Maren and Aura.
It is with great pleasure that we introduce you to Melissa Ariza, your new Membership Coordinator. Melissa has been in the club industry for more than seven years serving in various positions. She is excited to be at Esplanade and looks forward to meeting and getting to know the Members and staff.
Originally from Louisville, KY, Melissa has lived in Florida for over 20 years. She and her husband, Dan, have three children: sons, Matthew and Conner, and daughter, Megan. Melissa is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and is an avid Wildcat football and basketball fan. In her spare time, you can find her on the golf course and basketball courts watching her children compete.
A Naples native, Carri grew up in Southwest, Florida. She graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa where she was very active on the college’s Campus Activities Board and developed her true passion for event planning. She was in charge of producing large scale concerts and comedy shows for the college, creating some of the most memorable events in the campus’ history.
After graduation she returned home to Naples and has spent the last 20+ years in various aspects of the hospitality industry, including Director of Special Events for the Collier Building Industry Association, Event Designer for Naples Transportation Tours & Event Planning and Lifestyle Director for three other local resort properties.
She has personally designed/coordinated thousands of events/weddings in various venues in Florida, the Caribbean and the Bahamas. A true “people-person” Carri is happiest when she is responsible for making other people have FUN!
In her spare time Carri enjoys, cooking, reading, going to concerts & comedy shows and spending time with her family and friends.
Lynn Ann Hyduk
Lynn Ann Hyduk has six years of experience in the property management industry. She specializes in the management of HOA and condominium communities. Lynn Ann is a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI) and has obtained her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation, Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation and is a Florida Licensed Community manager. Lynn Ann has her Bachelor of Science degree in economics from George Mason University.
Lynn Ann recently moved to the state of Florida from Virginia and is excited to now be living in the beautiful sunshine state and is looking forward to assisting the homeowners of the beautiful Esplanade Golf and Country Club community.
Lynn Ann currently lives in Estero with her Fiancé Alex. When Lynn Ann is not working, she enjoys spending time with her Fiancé, children, family and friends.
Robert joins the leadership team with more than 15 years of experience in the foodservice, hospitality, restaurant and hotel industries. He was most recently the Director of Food and Beverage for The Fairmont Royal Pavilion, a five-star Caribbean hotel, where he was responsible for overall food and beverage operations, member experiences, and training programs. During his tenure, he led the efforts to manage labor costs better and increase revenue for the company. Robert has experience in developing and implementing systems and programs that improve the overall member food & beverage experience. He is a mentor, and a positive influence on staff.
Chef Stanzi has over 25 years in the Food and Beverage Industry. In Florida, Marc has prepared memorable meals for The Club at the Strand, Worthington Country Club, The Colony Bay Club, Waldorf Astoria Strip House Steakhouse, & Tiburon Golf Club at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort. While at Tiburon Chef Marc organized events: Franklin Templeton “Shark” Shoot-out, and the CME Group Tour Championship.
Before moving back to Naples in 2011, Chef Stanzi worked in Pittsburgh at the Fox Chapel Golf Club and The Pittsburgh Golf Club; and restaurants: Jacksons at the Hilton, SOBA, Bruschetta’s, Bikki, SAVOY, and Karma on 8th. Chef actively took part in the UPMC Hillman Cancer Research Gala 2004 & 2006. Also as Executive Chef of Pittsburgh Premiere Catering, Marc did the John McCain campaign fundraiser that had guest speaker President George W. Bush.
Formal culinary training was received at the Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts Pittsburgh. Marc holds the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification which is accredited by the American National Standards Institute and Conference for Food Protection. Chef is also an active member of the American Culinary Federation.
In his spare time Marc enjoys spending time with his wife Amy and their three children, Emily, Paul, and Elizabeth. He also enjoys fishing with his son, mountain bike riding, or gardening at his Naples home. Vacations are usually spent traveling and experiencing new interesting cuisines.
Julie joined the Ritz-Carlton Naples Beach Resort becoming the lead Certified Fitness Professional and part of the initial team launching the magnificent 50,000 square foot spa, designing services and programs, product and equipment selection and training Spa staff in all areas. Julie continued with her education and interest in human science, anatomy and physiology and has since completed courses in balance, stability, core and flexibility training, rehabilitation and most recently as a Certified Nutrition Specialist working at upscale golf & country clubs in the Southwest Florida area.Julie is excited to be part of the Esplanade team, and looks forward to meeting the many members and assisting each and every one on their path to health and wellness.
