Spa Etiquette

• All services must be booked at least 48-hours in advance.
• All appointments are secured with a membership account number or credit card.
• All spa treatments and salon appointments are reserved especially for you,
so please notify us 24-hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.  
If less than 24 hour notice is given, 50% of the service/s booked will be applied to your
member account and/or credit card.
• We encourage you to arrive early to enjoy the amenities and fill out the
necessary paperwork if you are a new client.
• Late arrivals will be finished within the scheduled treatment time while the fee will remain the same.
• Be sure to drink plenty of water prior to and immediately following your service/s.
• Members must be at least 16 years of age to experience a spa treatment
• Any client under 18 years of age is required to be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.
A minor release form must also be filled out and signed by a parent/guardian.
• Spa Services are scheduled for your pleasure and comfort level so please notify
your therapist of any discomfort or preference during your service.
• Please assist us by informing us of any allergies or injuries.
• Spa services will be charged to your member account.
We also accept Visa or Mastercard as payment.  We do not accept cash for payment of services.  
Gratuity can be paid for by member charge, Visa, MasterCard or cash.

• Please present any gift certificates at the time of your check in.
• Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation.
• In consideration of other spa guests, please switch off mobile devices.
• We recommend that no jewelry be worn to the spa.
• Management accepts no responsibility for the loss of valuables brought onto the spa premises.
• On arrival, you will be supplied with a luxurious bathrobe, sandals and towel as well
as a locker for your clothng and personal belongings.
• Please note that pre-booking for all treatments is essential.
Group bookings are classified as treatments booked for four or more guests and
need to be made a minimum of seven days in advance.
• Cancellations need to be made a minimum of four days of all scheduled appointments.
