    Susan Solomon

    Hi Everyone! My name is Susan, and I am excited to join the Esplanade fitness community as a Zumba® instructor. As a former hip-hop dancer in college, I was thrilled to discover Zumba a couple of years ago while living in New York City. Zumba allows me to combine my passion for dance and exercise while staying home and raising my two young daughters. I can’t get enough of the music, energy, and uniqueness of each and every Zumba class. In addition to merengue, salsa, reggaeton, and cumbia, I love to bring elements of hip hop, pop, belly dancing, and other music rhythms from around the world to my classes. Join me for a cardio dance party and see for yourself how much fun you can have while getting a fantastic workout. I look forward to dancing with many of you!

    My name is Paula Galvano owner of Fitness with Paula, LLC for 13 years. I have been a fitness professional for 30 years. I am a certified Personal trainer and group fitness instructor for all different types of fitness levels.
     
    I am certified in Personal Training, Pilates, Barre, Group Fitness, Senior Fitness, TRX, Boot Camp and more!
     
    I offer Private and Semi-Private training. My passion for Fitness allows me to wake up every day loving what I do! Most of all helping people achieve their fitness goals.

    Lisa Caiafa

     
    Lisa instructs Body Pump, Yoga, and Zumba here at Esplanade. Lisa has been teaching fitness and dance for the past 20 years. Her extensive training has taken her to Chicago, California, and New York. In New York, she had a studio for 10 years. She was teaching all forms of dance and fitness for children, and adults of all ages.

    Lisa is certified in Zumba, Zumba Gold, Yoga, and Toning classes. Her passion is great, and she is excited to bring her training and enthusiasm to the wellness center here in Esplanade!!

    Kim Kain

    Kim instructs Aqua Fitness, Water Wellness, Gentle Stretch, and Core & Functional Fitness here at Esplanade. Kim enjoys teaching swim lessons to all ages. She loves the water and began swimming competitively at the age of 7 years old. Kim worked as a swim instructor and swim coach for many years, moving to Naples from New Jersey seeking the warm climate and unlimited access to the great outdoors. Kim spends her free time biking, swimming, and hiking.

    “I have met wonderful people here at Esplanade who have similar goals as I do; to develop a healthy & safe wellness program which can enrich my life in the luxury of the beautiful SW Florida setting. I LOVE my job and even though I have my own minor physical challenges I have developed a program that allows my students and I to continue to be fit in a healthy functional way. I learn something new every day and I am surrounded by professional people who I look forward to learning from and growing with.”

    Susan Gold Falkenstein

     
    Susan Gold Falkenstein, a former competitive runner and triathlete, discovered yoga over twenty years ago, and became passionate about the practice. In 2008, she received a Yoga Alliance Certification in Vinyasa Flow and has been teaching Yoga for the past ten years with students of all abilities. She is also a certified Qigong Facilitator and incorporates these energy practices with her yoga routines. Susan has taught Qi Gong for adolescents in a rehab facility as well as residents of a Senior Facility. She offered her own class at lunch time called Chi Break in the community where she lived in CT to share this vibrant practice with others. She taught yoga at the Lake Placid Training Camp for athletes preparing for the Lake Placid Ironman competition (June 2010). She is a cancer survivor and contributes her vibrant health to her mind-body practices that nourish the body, mind and spirit.

    My passion is to help people live healthier and happier through exercise. I am currently pursuing a bachelor’s in science degree, further educating myself in the field of health and fitness at Florida Gulf Coast University.
     
    As a group fitness instructor, I love creating fun and challenging routines where individuals of all fitness levels can enjoy. At the end of the day, I enjoy spending time with my husband and dog.

    My name is Stacy Kobert, a Group Fitness trainer and licensed Zumba Fitness instructor from Fit Forever, a full-time mom, a breast cancer advocate, and survivor.
     
    I love sharing my passion and it’s my desire to educate and inspire you through movement, music and dance fitness. I’ll introduce you to the explosive Latin and International rhythms from around the world as well as current beats that you can’t help but move to, the driving force behind Zumba and Aqua Zumba Fitness.  
     
    My strong background in the industry includes: Kick-boxing/Martial arts training, Step Aerobics, Zumba, Zumba Toning, Zumba Gold and Strong Nation (HIIT)classes.

    I have done it all, so to speak, and have never regretted a moment of time, energy or effort in helping others get and STAY HEALTHY AND FIT!
     
    As a previous dancer in Performing Arts and USO tours, I love to bring the combination of movement and music for all, men & women, and all ages to get and feel their best! AND have fun doing it!

    My 5 grandchildren, ages 15 to 30, provide me the joy to keep myself and husband, George, feeling our best so we can continue to be an active figure in their lives.

    Gisela Donahue

    Like so many others, 9 years ago, I reached a phase in my life where I was a new mom that during my path to pregnancy, gained weight and felt overwhelmed by the idea of getting back to where I was before.

    I lived in a small Vermont town with no big gym or personal trainers but knew I needed a good nutrition plan combined with daily workouts to reach my goals. I did some research and decided to get my Personal Training Certification and I was my first client.

    I had such successful results by combining portion-controlled nutrition with daily workouts that I very quickly built up my own business.

    My family and I moved to Naples 3 years ago and I have since been enjoying training at country clubs in the area.

    Getting to know each of my clients personally and help them get their own amazing results is my passion and reason why I love my job as a Trainer.
